Meet the Board!

Keira Moore Executive Director


Keira Moore is an attendant for Public Partnership LLC., where she works with children who have disabilities such as ADHD, ADD, Autism, etc. Keira attended King University where she received a BS in Criminal Justice in 2018. Keira currently resides in Kingsport, TN with her beautiful daughter So’Maya. Keira founded The Redemptive Life Foundation in May 2017. As the Director of RLF, Keira provides vision, enthusiasm, motivation, passion, organizational leadership, and direction. She is a true public servant and an advocate for the disadvantaged and disenfranchised.  


Gabby Nancarrow Director of Operations


Gabby Nancarrow is a full time professional care giver in Elizabethton, TN. She graduated from Morristown Hamblen High School- West in 2013, and is currently pursuing  a degree in Medical Office Technician at Northeast State Community College. She plans to continue her education at ETSU in the Registered Nursing program. Through her own personal experiences that have given her a passion for helping those in need and the cause that we support here at Redemptive Life, Gabby sits on the Board of Directors as the Director of Operations. Gabby is the Six time recipient of the Morristown Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Month, the Morristown Boy & Girls Club Youth of the Year, the Morristown Boys & Girls Club Sportsmanship Award as well as Senior Youth of the Year. She was honored by House of Senate Steve Sutherland and Representative Tillman Goins for her runner up for  Senior Youth of the Year. Gabby also received the Berea College Carter G. Woodson Enduring Legacy Award for outstanding academic achievement, leadership and community service.  


Kelsea Lawson Director of Finances


Kelsea Lawson is a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in Johnson City, TN. She graduated from ETSU with her Bachelors in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing Management. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Arts in Teaching at Tusculum University in Greeneville, TN. Her free time is spent coaching AAU and girls basketball at Lincoln Heights Middle School. Kelsea is the newest elected member on the Board of Directors, and is in charge of Finances. She has a passion for helping those in need, bettering the community, and being an advocate for children and young adults.
